Villager asking to leave question

Hi Guys,

Am I right in thinking it will be at least two weeks between people asking to move out? Also if someone asks to move out and you say no is it then another two weeks until someone asks again?

I believe it's every 15 days somebody will ask to leave, give or take. Hazel asked to move out and I let her, then two weeks later Audie asked to move out and I asked her to stay. It's been about 4 days since then and nobody has asked me to move out again yet, so it's likely regardless if you let them leave or not.
