Please don't test it with Stitches. If he's being held with the idea of you taking him back, you don't want to lose him on an unproven (and somewhat illogical) theory. I'll be glad to be wrong, and I'll then try to get Pecan back in my main town. Anyway, let someone test it on a villager they don't care at all about and then we'll see.

I'm sorry, I'm kind of confused. So basically, you create a new character and use them to talk to the villager you want back instead of your mayor's, even though you haven't cycled through 16 villagers?

Okay, yay! I have been ****ing working on getting Diana back that I've been cycling like crazy but I'm only able to move out one villager at a time because the others are dreamies and this will save me a ton!

You can do that by talking to them and only them a lot... I did it with Mallary without losing any dreamies (as long as you take it easy and do it properly it's flawless). It just takes patience and you need to read the rumors ect.

So if your dreamy is in boxes > give to someone trust to hold > get the person to get your dreamy into boxes> create a new save file and ask the same dreamy to move back in ?

Dreamie in boxes in your town > give to someone to hold > a day after they move create a new char > get them into boxes > use new char to get them back to your town, somehow. x3

... Seriously?! This actually works? Like talk to them until?? They run out of words? So can I talk to other villagers afterwards? Or talk to him and only him for days until he asks to move out?
