Vilagers You Will Not Let You Leave Your Town!

Hey guys!
As they title implies, what villagers that live in your town will you not let leave?
My Villagers :

Roscoe
Dora
Monique
Cousteau
Penelope
Flurry
Mira
Bruce
Tia
Sylvia

I don't really mind the majority of my villagers leaving, I'm just hoping Tia and Mira will never leave.
I love Flurry, and I'm hoping she can stay a very long time though.
I really like Cousteau, Monique, Bruce and Roscoe, but they can leave when they ask. Maybe not Bruce, though. D:
Penelope, Dora, Sylvia can leave whenever. I don't like them.

Are you doing the 365 challenge? Last time I reset, I almost went with a town that had Bob, Wolfgang, Whitney, Chrissy, and Molly as starters <3 But I needed Fauna which was why I reset anyway.

As soon as I move in all my villagers to my new main town I doubt I will let any of them go... But I'm still debating with Pietro. I wanted Moe but feel like I need another girl instead.

Bruce is a great cranky, I'll re-consider keeping him for a very long time.
And no I am not doing the 365 challenge, I re-started my town on the 24th and have that town since, so I'm like a week early, maybe I could do it, just not starting on the 1st?
Plus, I've done a lot of stuff, I guess, against the rules. I'm atleast hoping to keep this town for 365 days, though.
And omg those starters were amazing!

Cookie and Skye will never leave. Hopefully O'Hare, Daisy, Aurora, Agnes, and Sprinkle never leave, but to make room for big dreamies I will definitely have to get rid of at least one of them. Annalisa and Velma I'm fine with getting rid of.

My newly reset town has: Bubbles, Molly, Cobb, Ankha and Tom.
I think I'll keep Molly, if I don't reset again.

Eugene and Wolfgang are dreamies, so they can never leave.
I also plan on keeping Stitches for a long time. It still surprises me that I feel this way about him since I hated him when he first moved in, lol.
Goose is cool, I really like him. But I may just let him leave if he asks. I kinda want a new jock villager right now.
I'm holding Curt for a friend, so he'll be leaving as soon as my friends frees up a spot and Curt pings me to move.
Mallary and Daisy can stay for a while. I like snooties more than the other female personalities and Daisy is just too cute to let go.
I regret convincing Frita to move to my town. I can't stand her design at all. Can't wait to replace her. Victoria bores me. Can't wait to replace her as well.
Colton has got to go. That's all I'm saying about him.

I like Clyde, but I'll let him leave if he wants

I'm pretty much neutral on Stinky, Julian, and Tipper though, so I don't care either way

Especially my babies Kid Cat, Freckles and Molly. My love for them is unconditional. Of course I'll never let Fuchsia or Olivia go either if I get them. They're my dreamies, after all. Plus, it seems I'm going to go through a lot of hassle to get Olivia.
