I'm guessing this is for ORAS/X/Y? If so I have an extra Victini could give you! (And maybe a mew, I'll have to check my PC) I'm rubbish when it comes to offers so just chuck a random amount at me lol! (Tbt is preferred ^_^)

You can't get Victini or Mew in sun and moon yet..? Pokemon bank doesn't start until like, a month or so I think so there is no way for you to get them ?\_(ツ)_/? You'll have to wait until then I guess!
