Yes, I've noticed there's a restock of 20 collectibles. Glad to see that it's not sold out as quickly as before, giving other users a chance to get one I managed to get one earlier at a good time - September 18th @ 9:18 PM - thanks to @29awkwardturtles kind notice

It's not meant to be rare according to Vrisnem, so there might be another restock or more It did not go as fast as the initial release, when I got mine, there were 18 left and after an hour, there were still 10 remaining

Nope, just continue to check the shop now and then! There were 300 stocked on the 17th and then another 20 added on the 18th. No set time for this. As previously stated, this isn't meant to be a rare collectible so you'll no doubt be able to snag one between now and September 30th.
