It is in the flamenco form called "sevillanas". They're basically groups of short songs (this one has four of them). Usually, you're able to tell where the songs change, but with more modern sevillanas the only telling sign is a key change because the tunes aren't as simple.
Anyway, trust me, it's cool.
Blew my mind first time I listened to it, on multiple levels -- first, because it's a flamenco tune, and second, because it starts with a string quartet...and then goes into...well...I won't spoil it, haha. It stays fairly traditional after the cool segment, though.
