US island error?

so twice now I have gone to the US island for beetles etc and when I have almost filled the box I get an error message and find myself back on my beach with little or nothing from the time I spend on the island anyone else having this problem and know how to prevent it from happening again? its really frustrating!

I've never heard of that repeatedly happening before, could your wi fi connection be the problem? I think it can error if someone is coming to the island or leaving, if that's not the case I'd check the Internet connection.

Yes it's happening a lot but I live in Canada. My internet connection is very good.
Think it's people on the island hitting the wifi switch. Some watch you collect bugs and they'll hit it when your close to a full basket or when you try to leave.

I do all my bug collecting on my own island. Just visit Club Tortimer to see if the tours are different. A lot of players are on different dates.
If you want to collect bugs on CT hop on a tour if players are there. When you return open a tour and than go collect bugs. When done cancel the tour and than leave. You get the island to yourself.
