Is it Weeding Day there? They won't ping on event day so probably wait for tomorrow and she will ping =x

Talk to her do the save and quit, repeat until she pings.

Is it weeding day in your town, or any other event? They won't ping that day. If it's not an event, try talking to her first to make sure she's not mad at you for some reason.

As far as I know there's no way to stop her from moving. That's what happened with Caroline in my town >,<

When was the last time someone pinged? This happened to me when I was on Wedding Day, Kyle had told me Beau was thinking of moving but he wouldn't ping since it was Weeding Day. If your last ping was like on the 22nd/23rd you should be good with waiting another day.

When that happened to me I went a day ahead and then my villager pinged me. Usually when you are told this early it helps to do this.
