Telling Luckypinch she could buy your golden tools and than back out of it is incredibly rude. People think you will sell it and on the last moment you won't.

If someone makes you an offer and you are not sure yet if you agree on it or not tell them "I don't know yet, I have to think about it" That is better than saying yes to something you won't do in the end.
