Giveaway Upgrading my train station! Try your luck for a FREE balloon or GOLD ROSE!

Hey guys okay so i decided to do a fun little give away along with trying to upgrade my train station. Please read the rules before coming into my town!

So i will be doing groups of 3. What i will be doing is i have a game of life spinner beside me. You guys will choose a number and tell me.First come first serve.No repeats of numbers.I will spin the spinner and tell you guys the number and whoever has the closest number to the number i spun will win the balloon or gold rose.I will hand you a balloon and will end the session! Please do not complain about the color of balloon you get. Remember i choose randomly. Those are the rules!

I will add you by groups and then open up my gates. I will wait maximum 5 minutes to start without you! Also if there is only one person by the end of those 5 minutes that one person will win the balloon or gold rose by default.

Not complicated at all.Please make sure to read the rules.To make it quicker for all of us once you walk in please stand by the message board. State your name and number and thats it!. This may last for more than one day as i have over 50 balloons and 20 gold roses and am looking to get rid of them all
