So I went to the Garden shop and after I bought some flowers, I was awarded the silver watering can- real cool. So, anyways, is there anything after the silver watering can? How do I get it? Also, how to I get other silver tools, like the slingshot or something else?

There is nothing after the silver watering can from the garden shop. The other silver tool can be achieved by the following:
Silver Shovel, unlock the museum shop and donate 30 fossils and it will be on rotation there
Silver Rod/Net, unlock museum shop and donate 15 fish and bugs
Silver Axe, rare chance it will appear in the island shop
Silver Slingshot, shoot down (15?) balloons and it will keep flying over town randomly
All of the silver tools can be got again so you don't have to worry about accidental selling something. Hope this was in some what useful!

In case you didn't know, there's golden tools too. According to Thonky (website),
-Golden Shovel: Buy 50 bags of fertilizer from Leif's Shop. You can only get them if you upgraded your shop to the department store. Leif'll give it to you when you've bought the 50th bag.
-Golden Rod: Catch all fish types and when Chip (fishing tourney) comes to town, talk to him and he'll give you it.
-Golden Net: Catch all bug types and when Nat (bug-off) comes to town, talk to him and he'll give you it.
-Golden Axe: Buy 50 saplings from Leif's Shop. (Don't think the bush sprouts count.)
-Golden Slightshot: Same as silver slingshot, it'll randomly float over town.
-Golden Watering Can: Must have the perfect town for at least two weeks. Talk to Isabelle and she'll give it to you.

Also, to answer another of your questions: you can get the silver fishing rod, silver bug net, and silver shovel in the museum shop. They start to sell them randomly after you have donated a specific number of the corresponding items. 30 bugs, 30 Fish, and at least 15 fossils. The silver ax is a pain to find, it only shows up very rarely in the island shop. I think it goes for 15 metals.
