I found those tiles but unfortunately the owner never got around to posting those exact ones.

I did however find them for different seasons.

I’d have to agree that the creator of the paths didn’t post the QRs (the twitter user). though after reading through a lot of their tweets it seems like they’ve been willing to share before? so I can dm for you^^ sorry everyone’s come to the same conclusion ;;
