Update question?

In the trailer or whatever for the update, it says that you can sell your town to tom nook. I restarted my town and i got... Nothing! what are the requirements for this?

I forgot the specific stage but you need to be able to sit on your town plaza tree and get the little cutscene with your town info. If nothing comes up, your town is too young

Your town tree must be at the level in which it has two large leaf clusters.

You need a prestige level of three.
