Yeah I should have been more clear in my original post... my bad. I'm selling him. FCFS, and since basilica was the first to ask, I'm answering his questions first. After I've answered his questions, if he doesn't want him, then your 300K IGB offer will be accepted. Like I said, I'm not looking to get rich. Back to the regularly scheduled program... basilica: I know his house is horribly unoriginal. For some reason, my villagers refuse to keep their furniture, no matter how many times I mail it back to them. If I remember correctly, he's only has maybe 4 or 5 pieces of his stuff in his house, despite my effort. The house is almost nekkid.
dudeabides PMed me that he had an unexpected 10th move in, so he's out. I will give basilica until 5pm EST to get back to me then I will go with the next offer which was lizkun. If that user doesn't get back to me with a few hours, then nebulus's offer will be accepted.
