Yes, the bee is confirmed. In some article, they said that the game will have a mdicine for bee stings this time. Sorry, I can't find the link.

If the "Squid" was red, it's an Octopus (added for DnMe+). The Squid in DnMe+ is white.

On a Japanese forum (HERE), someone posted a message about a Lantern Fly (sounds like a Firefly to me) and a Moth.

red snaper - proved by a pic
pranthia(!?!??!?!?)-some guy played the demo and cought one he said
colerd carp(!?)- proven by a LOT of people who played the demo
goldfish(?!)- it was in a bowl in a pic(maby it is a pet because pets woud be SO awsome
