Underrated Villagers?

The majority of my villagers are considered to me to be underrated as they are low tiered. Like Ava, Robin, Bangle, Dizzy just to name a few. I think they are all so awesome c:

Freckles, Ed, and Phoebe. Absolutely adorable and cute. Ed is much like Julian, Phoebe is a cutie, and Freckles is like Molly. Very underrated. <3

i think freckles, pate, tutu, nan, and katt are all really cute. i don't normally like bigger villagers(wolves are the biggest ones i have in my town atm), but tutu camped out a week or so ago and it was like having a polar bear visiting.

I think Groucho is most definitely underrated.

Not only did he build his house DIRECTLY in front of mine, meaning I can't decorate.

But he also fights with, and insults other villagers on a daily basis.

What a loveable a--hole!

I think everyone has their favourites... but i think Kidd is a bit underrated. He's such an adorable shy little goat and does a lot to please you. He always dresses smart and acts gentlemanly. He can get over needy sometimes, but it's his shyness that makes him cute!

i forgot all about kidd, i had him in my first town and he's so sweet and cute.

You know who I was thinking is really underrated? Dotty, the peppy rabbit. I mean she's adorable! I love her original shirt and she has a really nice colouring that would fit in with most people's towns I'd think.
I also see Cheri as underrated. There are a lot of lovely peppy villagers but her and dotry are both tier 4 and yet both adorable (have to say dottys eyes are a little creepy, so I can understand that to some extent) but what's wrong with Cheri? She's a bear cub, not overly bright coloured and she's a happy little peppy. Not to mention her big eyes
