Underrated villagers? Way too many. Lots of them really deserve to be given a chance.

I think Bluebear really needs to be given a change, he's so cute!

Most of my villagers are "bottom of the barrel", but I wouldn't trade them for anyone from tier one c: The ones I think are the most underrated of those I have are:

Bangle, seriously tiger+peppy makes the cutest combination. When the tail follows the emotions of the peppy personality it's so adorable and I think the tigers mouths might be the best thing in the game (that's why I have three tigers x3). She's the best.

Canberra, she's my favorite uchi and my favorite koala. She might look "creepy" or "unsettling" at the animal crossing wiki, but I find her big eyes and eyebrows super cute, she has the look of a koala who is ready to conquer the world xD Overall an adorable and funny villager.

Drake, the cutest duck imo (yes I think he is cuter than Molly)

Kevin, happy jock striped piglet, what more can you ask for x)

Also many other villagers, too many to list here :'(

I used to have Bangle in the GameCube version and I found her really cute.

Kevin was one of my New Leaf starters. I didn't like him in the beginning, but after he left I realized that he was not the worst jock villager I could have had. Now I'm happy when we meet on main street.

Tammy, Graham, Renee, Canberra, Broffina, Nate.
I love all of them. Just kind of assuming they're all underrated since I never see anyone mention them.

Bluebear too. I always assumed he was popular. He's so cute I don't see why not :c

I agree about all three of your choices! Hans and Tucker are both awesome and Hopper was also my favourite from the movie.

Dizzy - Super cute lazy elephant. He may be plain looking, but he will grow on you. I love his big white belly
Benjamin - I love his adorable worried eyebrows. His house exterior is also one of my favourites.. and he eventually gave me all of his sloppy furniture.

I'd say that either Katt or Gala are pretty underrated.

I never hear about Static so I would think he is underrated. He was my first favorite villager on the Gamecube. Still love him because I guess I get all nostalgic about my old town. Never got him in Wild world but I hope to get him in New leaf.

Tammy, Chadder, & Willow imo are one of the few underrated villagers here in this game XD

Curt is one of my favorite cranky villagers, his face is really cute!

Cranston, definitely. He's really funny, and nice. Plus he's one of the nicer looking villagers (I can't think of any way to say that without sounding odd, I'm sorry haha).

Most of the villagers in my town are not very popular, but I think they are pretty cool still Among my favorites are Tammy, Keaton, Walker and Peewee (who sadly moved away).

Filbert Is My 2nd Favorite Squirrel And He's Only In Tier 4. Also, Annalise The Snooty Horse. I Really Liked Her In My Town
