Underrated Villagers

FILBERT AND WILLOW.

Like, these two are adorababies?? I mean, by how cute Filbert is I expected him to be top tier, but he's like... not and it's so weird. He is way too underrated.

AND WILLOW IS THE CUTEST SHEEP??? Why don't more people love her, idgi.

Idgi with Willow either
shes honestly the cutest snooty, like ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE, one of the cutest in the game :s

Is Filbert really not top tier? He's like the cutest character in the game!

NO HE ISN'T

Isn't it weird?? D:

Last I checked he was tier 4, not sure. I thought he'd at least be tier 2. I mean, he is so cute! Talk about underrated.

Willow is in the same tier and I'm like... why.

Oh! Gizmodo...I named my second town Parfait! I had seen it on here and couldn't for the life of me remember where. Now that you're on this thread, thanks for the idea, it is perfect, and I am into the foodie stuff too.

(I also needed a P name because between my kids and myself, all our towns coincidentally started with P. Figured we couldn't break the trend lol)

THANK YOU, YES. If I didn't already have Diana, I'd take Willow omg. In fact, I might trade Diana for Willow someday, maybe. Because cutest sHEEP EVER.

I accidentally TT'd Filbert out just last night, someone could have had him! Ugh!

omygod why would you say this i have been looking for filbert aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa POOR BABY IN THE VOID

I was actually trying to keep him in boxes for a while, because I knew he was too cute to be so far down on the list. I KNEW someone would want him. The stupid 6 am new day thing messed me up

Diana is ugly as sin
Willow>>>>>>>>>>Diana
plus it makes you more unique than just having a popular

I don't get why people don't like Kevin. HE HAS FRECKLES. FRECKLES ARE CUTE!!

I ACTUALLY LIKE KEVIN THOUGH. I saw his pic and thought 'if he moved in, i wouldn't mind at all'

But like... I never saw him for adoption and I started focusing on villagers I knew I'd at least find... > n>

Nah, Diana is pretty cute too. I love deer villagers buT YES WILLOW >>>>> DIANA TBH??? I found Diana in my camp first so she got first dibs in my town (plus she's in a perfect spot).

But if I I get sick of her I'll give her to my friend and find me a Willow.

Based on my own experience, playing "Animal Crossing: New Leaf," and tracking regularly the villager popularity ranks (according to The Bell Tree Forums): One who is underrated is the Peppy bird Twiggy. One who, thankfully, is catching on (but could have remained underrated) is the sweet, earth-toned Normal duck Molly. There are people who dislike the Normal frog Jambette chiefly because of looks. (And that's not right.) Molly, who is now sought-after here at The Bell Tree Forums, in Villager Trading Plaza, has a personality like Jambette. I'm glad I now have Molly in my second town of Progress. In my original town of Applewin, I'm glad I have retained Twiggy, a beautiful-looking yellow and sweet-natured bird who has given my Mayor Jill, perhaps, five pics. She appreciates my Mayor.

Gee, I wonder why Molly's popularity is increasing........(Chugga's LP)

Tbh if the Animals are virtually identical, why would you pick an uglier one?
whats the point, just saying..
this is a game where looks can be used in a factor, its only wrong to judge someone on looks IRL, not by pixels LOL, if the animals all had separate personalities its different, but when you have two who regurgitate the exact same text, you are obviously going to go with the one you prefer

When I still had Iggly in Progress, he said a lot of the same things as does Scoot from Applewin. I did move out Pancetti from Progress; she was saying much of the same as Applewin's Broffina. Difference: Broffina and Scoot were more convincing. With Applewin's Jambette and Progress's Molly, they're down-to-earth and needed. But, do keep in mind, they're in separate towns.

I know what you're saying. I made the mistake of losing Drago, due to careless TTing. He, along with Simon and Stitches, comprised three Lazies in Applewin. But they didn't strike me as being alike. I see Molly not being the same as Jambette. They share in having a caring and attentive personality. And there's not a risk, to me, of there being too much of that.

As for eliminating Iggly and Pancetti: Iggly was giving so many pics, and I've been wanting to reassign villagers Broffina and Tia in town swaps, that I figured it would be okay to let him go (the pinging in this game is a pain in the xxx), and I can eventually replace him with another Jock; in the case of Pancetti, I have in mind replacing her with Broffina, who I would transfer to Progress from Applewin. (Broffina needs a Cranky to converse with; and I do have Apollo, who I dig, living in Progress; my original town of Applewin is so built up that it doesn't need all eight Villager Personalities represented as I had previously thought.)

You think his YouTube video did it?!

I was inspired by Andrew Arcade (Arcadia) having Tammy; and I was able to get her this past January.

I think some of that [videos] can only go so far. Encountering these "underrated" villagers in a Dream Address may be the best experience prior to getting them as regular, residing villagers. I did encounter Molly in Dream Addresses. And I have done so with Rosie (thus her No. 1 status on my Dreamies; Phoebe is next).

I find that the Dream Address adventures are a great way of getting to know whether one should pursue a villager that has been considered.
