Unblock Startup Programs permanently

Does anyone know how to unblock Windows Vista Startup Programs permanently?

I have a working Nintendo Wi-Fi Connector and it keeps getting blocked when I log in.

Not the firewall. just burn the computer and claim it was arson. If you're still under warranty, technically, they have to give you another one.

But seriously, what do I do?
I don't want to touch anything on my Firewall which will affect my Internet Connection.

You'd have to manually go into your firewall through Control Panel>Security or something along those lines and try blocking it through there.


EDIT: Control Panel>Security>Allow a Program Through Windows Firewall.

Thanks for helping beehdaubs, I clicked 'Run Blocked Program' and it gave me an option to Permanently unblock it or keep blocking.

So I clicked Unblock, so it'll work fine now.
