I have One friend who has no heart by his name, that means it hasnt reginozied hes registered me.
But! I have one friend who has a heart, but its not filled in. Whats that mean? and a filled in one?

I think that means he took you off his list or he's online.
 
bbut we just registered each other and plus ive seen people delete me and their heart is filled still
 
the unfilled one is that you haven't been together on wifi yet and you added each other
And the filled one means you've been together on wifi
 
As far as I know:

No heart means theyve never tried to play with you.
Empty heart means they tried and lost connection.
Full heart means you've played.

No heart means the other person hasn't added you.
Non-filled in heart means you've both added each other but havn't visited each others' towns
Filled-in heart means that you've visited their town.
