Umm.. What does she mean by that?

Ok, so I'm confused about Cherry's dialogue.

I never seen that one before. Yesterday she told me that, Wolfgang is gonna participate in some kind of tournament, but he doesn't seem like that kind of person and she suggested I should talk to him. So I went to see Wolfgang and he pinged, but asked about something else. Today she said exactly the same thing.

So my question is - is it her regular dialogue or does she want to tell me Wolfgang is thinking about moving? Because it's sound like he wants to move.

It's just part of the dialogue. My uchi's mention other villagers being in oddball tournaments all the time.

I think that's her 'rumour' dialogue. If she says that it means no one else is moving out (if I remember correctly). She could still be moving out herself though since they don't talk about the rumour of themselves wanting to move. In any case, you don't have anything to worry about with Wolfgang.

It's dialogue, I don't think they can participate in tournaments, just tell you about them.

Hahaha yeah some of the rumour dialogues can lead you to think the villager wants to move! This one doesn't mean he will though. I get scared sometimes too. Like when the snooties talk about traveling alone and going on adventures.
