I would. I had Pecan and honestly she was quite boring. I'd definitely get Ricky instead.

not sure any of my villagers are deemed "ugly." maybe Rizzo, he does have kind of a freaky wide red mouth showing under the strap of his hood. but, he's a cranky ninja mouse with a heart of gold, how can you not love him?

Rocket is in my town. So is Hans and Peewee. Get this though. Rocket has the matching racing number 4 suit? Everyone is my town wears that but rocket doesn't so everyone looks terrible. haha.
I got Chops from someones town randomly... they had him move out on him those buggers.. I say that because I didnt know who he was until I saw him move in today. I put Chops in the rate the village above thread and someone gave him 0/10 and called him an ugly pig. He's not ugly! He looks like the Beatles if the Beatles were pigs!

he's not terribly ugly, at least not to me anyway, but I know lots of people don't like him because of his red eyes and his funny eyebrows. I think he's adorable
A lot of the penguins are lovely and underrated actually.
I also think Monty is very sweet looking. But he was one of my first moves ins so I'm probably biased, and he's also not hideously ugly. But not many people like monkey villagers for some reason

Oh and Naomi! I love the cows. I can't understand why they aren't more popular, seeing as they're as few as the octopi. Actually there even rarer because they are usually voided straight away

I'm a huge fan of Tabby and Boone. I really like Cyrano. And I think Katt is really sweet. 
I'm not sure if people find her ugly, but I know many people don't like her and she's not popular at all, but Alice the koala, she was one of the first villagers in my first town and I thought she were the cutest and so sweet! but i had to switch her out for dreamies ): I kinda miss her sometimes XD
