UFO didn't reappear after resetting

I was playing with a third character and saw Gulliver flying by. I resetted the game, loaded up my main character and now Gulliver didn't appear at all!

I adjusted the time slightly(forward) by one minute, before I loaded the game.

EDIT: I saved and loaded again and now he showed up.

You have to enter your house then come back out to see Gulliver if you resetted.
