That's a tough choice. They each have their merits. But if I had to choose, I'd have to pick Snooty because I like more villagers of that personality. We need more uchis in the future.

I like the maturity and apparent enhanced backstory Snooties have (exes, giving up the spotlight to live in "Insert town here"). They feel more like conversations I'd have IRL than with Uchi. I don't have a good read for Uchi though because when I got back into the game my first quest has to ignore Deirdre and get her to move...
I wanted to like the uchi personality, but they are just so annoying to me for some reason. I prefer the sassy snooty personalities. They are a bit more mature even if they do like to spread rumors and be a bit mean. It breaks the town up from super nice to more like a real town. Everyone isn't nice all the time.

Uchi is my absolute favorite. I may be kinda alone on this, but I love the way Uchi villagers generally look. They're super unique and they break the mold. I also love the big sibling role they take. I feel like they're incredibley reliable and supportive friends and I love that. They also give me a feeling of not caring how other people judge them and I love that too.

i like a lot of uchi designs (esp. hazel!!!!!!!!!!!!) but i really, really, really love snooties. i have olivia and purrl in my town and i love them both very much and they're forever villagers. i have miranda, have had monique and naomi and pancetti... i love them soooooo much. i think they're pretty and interesting
