If i remember right he didnt put the rules up till a few mins after the raffle was added to the title cz i didnt see it earler so not really fair to knock out people atm chance they didnt see it either

I don't think you remember right. I didn't post the raffle until the whole thing was done. I edited the rules a bit, but nothing has been changed that would affect anyone's entries.
