I don't think you can if you have a villager in boxes. I'm not sure though.. can someone help? xD

I assumed you meant if the villager in boxes was the tenth villager. I can't swear you can pick them up if you have your ninth and final villager in boxes, but I think you can. I just don't want you to put or have someone put in boxes on my word alone. I almost lost Erik doing that (in that case, I had room, but I had a camper moving in and it turns out an invited camper cannot be overridden).

I was able to adopt him with 9 villagers and Hans boxed ^^ Besides Hans is boxed for a person, just waiting for them to pick him up
