TT Question :3

Hey everyone, I have a question about Time Travel..
I've been at school/doing exams/out all day so I've only just gotten the opportunity to play. But, it's 9pm now and that's no fun xD
I know that when TTing backwards (any amount) counts as 1 day, but what happens when you just change the time (and not the date)?

Couldn't really find any answers so sorry if it's been answered recently :3

You can change the time in the same day all you want. Just make sure you don't go before 6am and you're fine. I change the time of day all the time since I play at odd hours. Also helps to get mail faster.. :3

I play at odd hours too, I used to TT all the time and not care but recently I've been trying to avoid it ^^

I don't understand why people want to avoid it so much unless they risk losing a villager. If you need to TT to shop or something, then I say it's fine. Also, as effluo said, just don't go before 6:00 AM. I did that today when I TT'd to pass all of Gracie's Fashion Checks and lost a few flowers even tho I watered between times. But it was no big deal and now I can say hello to the Emporium in a few days and not sweat out when Gracie may next appear. Days, weeks, or whatever.

Just be safe and keep your dreamies if you have any.

I'm not sure. I've time traveled backwards in time before to get mail, but somehow my public works project was finished when I time traveled 6 hours ahead from noon.. o.o

I totally agree. I'm not against TTing at all, I used to do it all the time. But I'm finding it's more fun to kind of go with the days rather than just getting everything instantly. Also I've acquired a few more dreamies recently so I'm kind of paranoid to TT with the risk of losing them (I've had that happen before, it's the worst!)
Although if there's a PWP or something that I'm looking forward to having then I'll definitely just skip ahead xD

For me it's not getting everything instantly, it's to shop and for Gracie to appear at all! Last time it took me over two months to get her fashion checks and I thought that that was ridiculous. It may have been 3 months or more... It was maddening. So today I just got it over with! Lol! I just wish she had picked better themes for me.

Yeah...that PWP thing...VERY trippy... O_O

I don't blame you! Waiting for Gracie can take AGES. I got horrible fashion themes too, I think modern was one of them. By that point I just wanted to pass with the bare minimum xD She just moved her shop in a few days ago for me, and not gonna lie it's tempting to TT to different seasons just to get all of her furniture (but I shall wait... sigh)

Lol! I feel ya! I got Flashy, Sporty, Ornate, and...something else I didn't have much of. Ugh. But I managed to get a couple of tops from her and one piece of furniture. Oh yeah...historical! I looked stupid in historical, but at least I passed! Ornate was hard for me and sports for my cute gal? Nah!

I won't TT for her sales, but it will be tempting. Her stuff will drain my poor bank account in no time. I do want that Princess Set, tho, but I too, shall wait.
