TT accident. Welp, all my flowers wilted..

Whoops. I switched to the Bell Boom ordinance today and then later TT'd to a villagers move out date and completely forgot about wilting flowers, because I just always had the beautiful town ordinance. My beautiful hybrids... I'm basically wondering if there's any possible way to bring them back? I put the Beautiful Town ordinance back into affect, but that won't help already wilted flowers will it...? If not, do they count as weeds, then? If I just pull them will they count towards the badge? Is there a bright light in any of this? I guess I just learned the hard way. Thanks for any input. Even someone feeling bad for me would make me feel better. LOL!

Watering them will bring them back to life (If using the gold watering can will turn wilted black roses to gold roses). They should be back to normal the next day. Picking wilted flowers do not count as picking weeds, and are not weeds. I don't know if wilted flowers discount to a perfect town though.

Actually, pulling wilted flowers does count as weeds (I got the Bronze Weeding Badge by doing this. Don't ask me why they are weeds, it just is), but I'm guessing that you would rather have them around. If you water them all, they should be fine. The ordinance will take effect next day, so I believe that you will still need to water any wilted flowers for tomorrow as well, but after that, you should be fine. There's no way to bring back the flowers that already died, and they didn't count as weeds since you didn't pull them.

Yeah, it doesn't make much sense, but it's a thing. I tried to test it out this winter. Within the span of three or four months, I got the Bronze Badge. I didn't WiFi at all during that time, so I couldn't have gone to another town to weed, and I didn't pull any weeds in my town for most of that time since I was trying to grow them for Weeding Day. I started pulling weeds at the end of those months, but I only got one or two a day, and it takes 500 weeds for the Bronze, so I'd say that wilted flowers definitely do count as weeds.

Right! I was just curious because when you pull a wilted flower it goes *poof* like weeds do, so I wondered. I'll take it! The weeding badge is a hard one to get for me, so sounds good to me!

If I knew this, picking weeds for the badge would of been easier for me. It took me months to get all the weeding badges lol.

I don't blame you if you just started on the AC series with this game though. Back when I started my first town on DS I watered all of my weeds and pulled up all of my wilted flowers.

I can back this up; I got my Bronze (and probably Silver) weeding badges by lining my beaches with island flowers, waiting for them to wilt, and then plucking them.

You can just water them and make them to be alive lol
And picking wilted flowers do count as weed, that's how I got my silver weeding badge XD because I only water my hybrid and I got a night owl ordinance

If you still have grayed out flowers you can water them and they should be fine the next day dont worry, but I know that feeling, I accidently TT 1 month instead of 1 day and I lost all of my hybrids.
