Miiverse really isn't the best application to use for drawings... We'd likely be able to critique better if you used a better digital art program or traditional pencil and paper.

Trace some humans for a little bit, like a week, then stop. It'll teach you the general anatomy and proportions. It's how I learned.

Tracing art is fine as a learning tool and I feel it has a very negative stigma. As long as you're doing it to learn and you wean yourself off of it, it's totally fine.
