Truffles moving

Can residents move with out consulting with you first. When i logged on this morning isabel told me truffles is moving tomorrow but don't remember truffles saying anything about moving. Can i stop the move?

if you havent talked to truffles in over a week she wont ping you.
if a villagers decides to move they will wait 5 days until they move

Yes. This happened to me with Merengue. The only thing you can do is get someone to hold Truffles for you.

DO NOT TIME TRAVEL BACKWARD.

The game counts time traveling backward as one day forward when villagers move.

and no, you can't stop the move. once isabelle tells you they're leaving and they're in boxes, ready to go, then thats that.
