6:04 PM is later than 8:04 AM so I assumed you meant you were looking for a later timestamp based on the OP? If you mean you want it to appear third in your lineup (after your cobweb like you said) then you should probably edit the OP to say you're looking for moonlight egg with a timestamp before November 2, 8:04 AM. :0
