Tree Plaza Won't Grow Anymore

Does anyone know how I can fix this? I just noticed this when I went to a DA. I've played the game fora very long time and it seems to be stuck on 7 clusters. I earned my 500 hours played badge a really long time ago. If anyone know how I can get the huge 17 cluster Tree Plaza, please let me know. Also, has this happened to you? If there is nothing I can do...I'll be very depressed. Thanks!

Your town also has to be 500 days old. Which is 135 days after your town is a year old. Maybe your town isn't 500 days old yet

I started my town on Dec 1, 2013. I'm wondering if the tree glitched or something. Hmm...

Have you actually played 500 IG days, though? I think the accumulative time has to be the actual days you played, not the total days you've had your town, e.g. You started your town in 2012, and played everyday, got the full tree in 2014-ish, versus starting the town in 2012, and playing 3 days a week.

I played every single day minus a 6 month break I took. Even now, I get on at least 15-30 minutes a day. It makes sense what you said but I'm just confused it stopped when I play everyday.

How much do you time travel? Based from what I've heard, the more you excessively time travel, the more your chances of your town plaza tree will not grow. I'm not sure if this will be helpful to you, but I think it's probably worth mentioning. I've had a similar problem as well with my town tree plaza, but the less I time travelled, the more my tree started to grow faster.

I use to TT when I started my town now that I'm not getting on as much, I play each day in real time. I've heard of that happening as well. I'lll have to see if that works for me. thanks!
