Translate a Game?

Does anyone know how to translate a DS Rom? I have this game that's in Japanese and I was wondering if anyone knew how to translate it. I can give you all of the translations, but I just need someone who knows how to "graphically" change the text. I looked everywhere and I can't find an English translation to this game.

You do know this is actually really hard if you are a beginner? I could do it for you but this would involve a lot of time for me and I really don't want to do this long of a process. BUT if you want then you need some knowledge before you actually try this.
