Hello, alike my thread in the Re-tail section, Nobody seems to be interested in drawing my character for In-game bells. (at-least not as often now.)
So I'm willing to offer TBT bells instead, Here's how we'll decide on things.

1. I make thread, people love thread and post nice images in thread.
2. If I like your style, I'll either reply to your message or send you a PM discussing things. (Such as the reference and such)
3. State your price. (In TBT Bells or ACNL Bells)
4. If I decide to make a counter-offer if your price is too high, Please be negotiate-able!
5. We begin progress.
6. You will show me a WIP Sample (When you've done progress) I will then send the TBT Bells to you. (This doesn't count for In-Game ACNL Bells)
7. All is done when you've finished the piece, send me a Higher Res image of said drawing.

I expect to see updates, Let's say if you send me the WIP Sample and don't post any updates for around three days, I will kindly ask for the Bells back unless you have a Legitimate reason.
Last note: I don't like the whole Chibi thing too much unless it has Human like proportions and Eyes that aren't the same size as his head, I will gladly take an interest to other styles.

EDIT: Bonus points if it's kept to Animal Crossing styled (Orange Triangle Nose) Although I would like it to have fingers (My Sig is a good example)
EDITEDIT: I'd be interested in seeing you draw Villagers too, I still prefer my Mayor but I'd definitely would like to see people draw my Villagers xP
