Town Tune Thread!

I have the opening bars of the Canadian National anthem. Years ago I worked with some Canadians for the UN (I'm English btw). They were great guys from Nova Scotia I loved their accents, so now as well as Oh Canada, all my residents greet with Hi buddy and have "eh" as their catch phrase. So they might say "Hi buddy, nice to see you eh!"

haha I am from there :X
I still think most of us sound newfie/irish but that is just where I am from LOL.
We do say eh a lot :3

I have the Rains of Castamere from game of thrones as my tune.

Mine is Funkytown by Lipps Inc.

It used to be Centerfold by The J Geils Band.

Thinking of changing it to something less...1980s. :D

Mine is the very opening of Disenchanted by My Chemical Romance. It's a very pretty progression, unfortunately the town tune version is a bit sped up compared to how it should be played. Still sounds good though!

My town tune is from that kinda old crazy k-pop song, PonPonPon. It sounds so cute and I had it ever since T&T mart was in my town. (I now have the Emporium) I can't seem to upload the picture here.. so here are the notes: (all are high notes)
D._.D._.AAA._.DDAGADD._.

._. means rest

I'm actually trying to look for a cute mickey mouse or disney related one! Maybe one from like The Jungle Book or Toy Story or Monsters Inc. (my fav disney movies) or just anything mickey lol

I really hope you like it, Ankhes. At the very least, maybe it'll give you a start and you can modify it how you like. :)

I don't LIKE it Ras...I LOVE IT!!! I really, really love it!

Thank you so much for taking the time to do this for me. <3 *Hug!* I've changed my tune to this and adore the heck out of it. It brings back memories of the very first time I saw that movie with my late father and we both adored hearing Fred Astaire singing that to Rita Hayworth. I haven't seen the film for nearly 20 years but I never forgot that song. Now the movie is on its way to me.

Oh, my goodness...thank you! :) This is beyond perfect.

You are more than welcome. That makes it so worth it to me. I'm glad I can bring you memories of your father. :)

I just have to...(((HUG))) you, Ras! Thank you again. I'm so happy to be hearing that tune in my town. And yes, memories of my father are flooding back, and they are good ones. <3
