Town theme idea: an "Academic Town"

I had another town idea! As always, please note that I WILL NOT be making this town and feel free to take anything you like from here.

So, the town would be a big campus, and the villagers would be the students. They'd all have to wear some kind of school uniform, like the sailor shirt, green emblem blazer, or QR code uniform.

The 4 houses would have to be organized in order, starting with a kindergarten, (the resident would wear the kindergarten uniform), followed by a middle school, a high school and a college. The rooms would be the classrooms, libraries, activity rooms (the kids school could have a playroom with toys, the high school a science lab, the college a dorm with bunker beds), etc. The residents could be the teachers or also students themselves.

Villagers (with all personalities included):

Elise (wear glasses, so looks studious. her house could be near the high school)
Velma (same. her house could be near the college)
Graham (same. his house could be next to the middle school)
Leopold (is a teacher himself, his house could be next to the college)
Penelope (looks like a kiddie, her house could be near the kindergarten)
Mott (is a college jock, his house could be next to the college)
Derwin (looks nerdy and small, his house could be next to the middle school)
Carrie (mom taking her kid to school? lol - her house could be near the kindergarten)
Renée (already wears sailor uniform and kinda looks like a high school diva? lol - her house could be near the high school)
Frank (looks like a college jock to me, his house could be next to the college)

The PWPs would be according to each "section" of the town. Near the kindergarten there could be a park with the balloon arch, sandbox and etc, near the college the statue fountain, etc. There could also be multiple paths, each fitting the section's theme.

This is an amazing town idea! I can't believe nobody else thought of this
It's a super cute idea! I also think Bam the deer could work because he looks like he takes part in track&field or something, and Beardo could also be a college/university professor. You could use the bus stop pwp between all the schools and by the houses, make a little neighborhood for all the students & such

This is a great idea, I wouldn't do this myself, though, but I hope someone will.

I adore this idea for many reasons; one being that it's unique and cute, the other that it could actually be executed really easily with what the game has to offer (no hacking required, just utilizing the PWP and characters available).

My concern with many themes I see suggested is that they are just too far of a stretch, i.e. they aren't as recognizable as I'd want them to be - but this idea doesn't fall into that trap! I think the trick is picking a theme that is both specific but broad enough to be worked with :3

Deciding I'm saving up money for a second town just to do this! I LLLOOOOOOOOOOVE the idea!

It would be awesome! I hope someone will try to do it and would keep us posted about how it's going or even put a dream address. I would just love to walk around in a town like that.

Thanks, guys, happy you liked the idea! It came to me when I decided to make a teacher living on a school on my own town~

This sounds like such a great idea! I can totally envision it in my head and all! I'd love to see somebody do this
