The Late Great Turt
So, I'm having some trouble with my town...
Originally I wanted an easy going rainy forest type town, with just villagers I liked but didn't already have, while still getting at least one of each personality, and kind of did a mix of "goth" and "cute" villagers. I ended up planning it out a lot, because I don't know how to do easy going... Now there are defined streets but still lots of trees and bushes and it's turning out really nice.
My mayor is me and my plan for her house was to have a normal first floor (kitchen, living room, office) and then a goth basement to represent my gothy side, and a cute upstairs to represent my cutesy side.
I knew I wanted to make only one other villager, I have the space set up for them and everything, but here in lies the problem... Initially I figured I'd make just a tiny one room house and make them a "maintenance man" because I needed them just to hold the tiles for my pathways, and I thought it'd be funny to have like a weird guy with a mustache and a hardhat just wandering around my town.
BUT NOW, I realize there are too many gothy things for one room, and far too many cute things for just one room... And since I have the split in my villagers of cute and goth, maybe I should make the other character the other part of me? The cute part that I hide deep down inside past my skeleton bones...
So I'm conflicted... Should I waste a bunch of time and money making a whole second cute house? Or should I just narrow down my collection into my one house and make my maintenance man?
