Buying Town planning expert?

I don't really know what to do with my town right now, so if anyone knows a skilled planner, could we figure something out? What i'd want to do is give you my map and a list of pwps i want to use, and you could tell me where to place all of those things. Also if you know anyone who does this and is experienced with planning towns/helping with these kinds of things, could you please help me contact them? Thanks!
