My own town name was not that creative. I was watching a movie (a James Bond movie) while setting up my town, and thought Skyfall sounded nice. It's my user name too. Yeah, not that creative, lol, but it works. I haven't gotten tired of it yet.

Hmm, if you want to keep on liking a name, I'd suggest to choose a common name (ending), but also something that means at least a little bit to you. Like your favorite color + ton, or favorite flower + field or favorite thing + wood.
I personally tried a 4 letter word once, and it felt unpersonal so quickly. Also I used a completely made-up name on my old WW copy and I hated it after a while. It was just random letters.

Thanks for all the suggestions guy! I decided to stick with La Lune (may not be the best idea but...meh) I found an amazing town layout with lots of open space and I'm in love with most of the villagers.

Pallet, after Pallet Town from Pokemon. One of my all-time favorite shows growing up just think of stuff that you like and base it off of that.
