Town Name Help?

I'm debating between two town names, that actually are very similar but which name sounds better?

Ryeshore or Ryeshire?

I'll name my main guy Rye, and the town flag will be a piece of Bread.

I like Ryeshore better personally. Especially since your town is surrounded by the ocean...
Anything shire related makes me think of hobbits and LOTR...unless that's what you're
going for.

I'll say ryeshire just because I'm EXTREMELY bias anything that has to do with LOTR or sounds like it would come from that world. Hobbits....shire....you know

I like them both.. But I prefer Ryeshore because it's a bit easier to pronounce. And it gives a picture of an oceanside village and all that. It seems more fitting
