Town Map Question

I am unsure of my map (seeing so many reset :/ ), so I am wondering if my map is decent?

Hm, I'd say you had a good map. Though you should really just judge it yourself, since other people's opinions really don't matter on your own map

But you have a fair amount of space, I personally like your building placement, you only have one pond (which a lot of people like, but I prefer lots), you have a southern facing waterfall. I wouldn't say it's a map to reset over, but it's your choice whether you feel comfortable with it or not.

Looks like my map but flipped the other way.
When I was choosing a map, I wanted the lower waterfall to face south, no private beach and have Re-tail halfway between the train station & the dock.
So I would say this map looks good.

It's a good map, but I wouldn't personally choose it. Re-Tail is too far from the train station for my liking, which would make trades that involve Re-Tail more difficult. Also (again, if I were the one with this map), I don't like how the ramp by the dock is horizontal. I like ramps that are vertical and run straight down to the dock. It saves time and it's less confusing. However, if none of that bothers you, it IS a good map. There's quite a bit of space and I think you could make it work if those other things don't bother you!
