Town Layout?

Basically, I want some opinions on this town layout...
I'm resetting and trying to find a perfect town, and I think I like this one. But I'm just not sure... ;-; It's such a scary decision. Gahh, I really don't know how to decide.
So what do you see as pros and cons of this layout? If it were you resetting, would you go with this one? Thank you c:
Personally, I like that the Retail isn't too far from the dock, there is a west beach, and the river is short. I also like that the grass type is triangles, and I like that Beau is in this town :3

But...what if there's a better one out there? I'm so OCD I'll probably find a million things to hate about it over time

This is such a unique map! I haven't ever seen this one yet. I really like this design! I'm so jelly! Keep it !! The placement is great too! x

It seems to have a lot of space, I would probably keep it.

Oh, and it would probably look really nice if you put a house, or the cafe in the nook above the bridge.

It's a nice map but in my opinion, I don't like it much @_@ Mostly because I only choose 1-2 ponds only, I need to have equal space for the top and bottom and I prefer that the river is more... spread out (Rather than circling on little area).

But if you like it, keep it ^^

That's a really great town layout So much space for PWPs! That's one thing I regret about my layout... it seems so tiny.

I've decided to keep it, because I do really like it. I wish the town fruit was apples instead of peaches, but that's something that I can live with. ^.^

Oh, and it would probably look really nice if you put a house, or the cafe in the nook above the bridge.

Going to be honest, that was the map I was going for while town resetting. I think its a great map, thought I'd like the retail on the mainland more personally but I'm pretty jealous tbh, often I think of resetting for that map but I don't wanna start again haha.

Here's what I think are pros and cons:

Pros

~plenty of space for PWPs, gardens, and the like
~houses aren't too cluttered
~nice private beach
~the waterfall by the beach is a nice touch

Cons

~Re-Tail is far from the beach
~The town plaza is in a weird spot

I'd go for it if I were you. You might not see anything better than that for the next 50 resets.
It happened to me.

Plus, it's a quite lovely map <3

Think you have already decided to keep this layout?
On the whole I like it & would probably keep it - the town hall & plaza are nicely balanced either side of train station.
The ramp from the dock is vertical - makes for slightly faster acesss from the beach
- not sure about location of R-tail - it depends how easy it is to negotiate the way between dock/bridge/R-Tail.
It looks OK to me though.
As others have said good amount of space for PWP, a small private beach.
Where are the rocks & their number? - tho I always work round the rocks, I don't bother too much about them, unless really awkward.

I like it, though the private beach would bother me. But other than that, it looks great!
