Town ideas?

I'm getting another town tomorrow, and I'm not sure what type of theme I want my town to have. Any ideas?

Recently I've been brainstorming. Here's what I've come up with.

-Theme park! Include the tire bench, playground equipment, and fun patterns. Also have a fossil dig site and a hide and seek area with lots of trees and pwp's. The houses could be like a petting zoo, food court, gift shop

-Food themed town! Have multiple houses themed to be a bakery, sweets series, cooking classes, etc. Have these villagers: Merengue, Zucker, Tangy, Apple, Maple, Frita among others
