Town/House Design Help?

So, I'm having an anime themed house and town, but each house is differently themed and the town is meant to have a nice, meadow look. I'm using OCs as my player characters, like cosplayers, basically. The problem is, I don't know what kind of flowers I want and what would be in each room. I'm also deciding on a last room, but I'm having trouble.

I have:
(Mayor) Wolf - Higurashi: No Naku Koro Ni - Rika Furude
(Res1) Yama - Shingeki no Kyojin - Levi Ackerman
(Res2) Cai - Tokyo Ghoul - Kaneki Ken (Black Hair)

My last resident is Rayn, who I don't have an anime for him that could actually have different rooms.

What kind of room designs could I have? What kind of anime should Rayn be from? What town designs should I have?

For Kaneki you could use the basic boys' hairstyle (the one you get from picking AAA) with a post-op patch, waistcoat and black formal pants!
Use dark flowers like black and purple with dashes of red.
Also it would be cool if you had a room filled with white lillies with a few red ones in the middle to represent the scene where he 'eats' Rize to get his white hair
