I am not online much in the morning because I'm online late at night. I am almost always on between 9 PM and 12 AM if that works for you. I'm actually currently ill and have lost my voice, so I cant Skype other than messaging. To get a perfect town, you want trees, flowers, AND PWPs all over your town. What I suggest immediately is lining your paths with trees/flowers and PWPs. The projects keep villagers from moving right in the middle of a path. Keep in mind that I do this, and I've still had to move my paths as well as PWPs around a dreamies house. They won't accommodate you, you have to accommodate them. To get a perfect town, there must also never be anything lying on the ground, and trash bins as a PWP make it more difficult to achieve the perfect town status. If you post your town map like Killager1598 did, then I can PM you basic possibilities for path layouts, one with paths to villager houses, and one without. To get hybrids, you have to be sure to water all the flowers every day. I'll probably charge a total of 40 TBT. There are 2 people ahead of you.
