I'll visit and give you some feedback c: Mine hasn't got much happening but if you'd like to visit my dream code it is in the extra spoiler in my signature~

Here we go~
The first thing I loved was the fact it was nighttime in your town. Perhaps this wasn't on purpose but it gave the town a certain feel. Plus the majority of dream towns I visit are in daytime (excluding horror ones) so it was a nice change.
The placement of buildings is absolutely lovely. Especially the cafe and police station. You've got a lovely town layout and are such a lucky goose that having only two bridges really works with your town's structure. I think something in the top left corner could look really nice (not the perfect pear section, the section with Katt's house). Maybe plan a park or something along the lines of that there? A simple PWP would look quite nice in that section as it feels a bit empty.
The placement of your house really stands out to me. It's in it's own little secluded area and the little garden beside it looks great!
You've got quite the little collection going on in your rooms with a few of your own personal touches (e.g. Tv in pave room). The arcade in your basement really struck me surprised as I was expecting another series of furniture from a particular event. Perhaps for that room you could aim to add some of the furniture pieces from the fortune tickets? (The Mario items) As they could add a nice touch to the arcade and would match the wallpaper and flooring.
The dirt areas where the grass has worn off outside your house where it leads to the waterfall makes me want to put on a wetsuit and jump off the cliff (I don't think it's possible to do so there though)
I think the fountain nearby the train station is a nice touch but personally I would prefer if it was either centered or directly in line with the actually station or the crossing to Main Street.
First review I've ever done so I hope it's alright <:

4000-3755-8012 is my dream address... It's not that great of a town, and ignore the mess in front of the train station, it's the fastest way to transfer items between my 3 characters and sometimes I fail to clean up before saving my dream.
So for your town...

I love the placement of the fountain straight down from the train station, just like it was in City Folk. The carnations around it are a lovely touch. Having the police station front and center for your guests to 'feel save' is also nice.
The cafe near the cliff side overlooking the ocean is amazing, I could imagine sitting in it and looking out the window over the waves and possibly even spilling my coffee when I spotted a shark fin, then relaxing while I look to the fountain out in front of it.
The campsite within walking distance gives campers a good view of town life, hopefully leaving them dreaming of your town long after they've left, spreading the word to villagers all over the world to camp there.
The bridges are nicely placed, and Resetti Center right near the City Hall is perfect, so that they haven't got far too go to complain to Isabel about everyone resetting all the time. (The poor girl having to deal with so much work!)
Still, at least at the end of the day she hasn't got far to go to get to the hot springs and relax a bit while everyone's gone to bed and she can have a little "me" time before the next busy day.
The fence right next to your amazing fairytail castle would be a lovely place to relax and hang out with a few friends.
There is plenty of wide open space for more projects, paths, and landscaping.

The inside of your home is decorated nicely with several seasonal sets so you can celebrate every time of year any time of the year. And that game room in your basement would be an amazingly fun place to spend the weekend in excitement.
All in all, your town is very nice and on the right track. Keep it up, and feel free to let me know when you've updated so I can visit again!

Edit:
For things you could add, I personally think a street lamp, bench, or hammock dotted around would be nice touches. Possibly even the Picnic Blanket.

visiting! if you visit my town, please don't mind the cluttered flowers! I'm working on arranging/getting rid of some.

nice perfect pear grove!! looks like some of the trees died.. I'd go ahead and cut them down if I were you~

I think after you finalize your dream villagers, you should go ahead and landscape more! Perhaps a couple more trees and flowers, maybe some paths. More PWPs? I see you hybriding on your beach so take your time!
Your town has a ton of potential to become anything you want it to become, so have fun with it!
