Town Decorating Ideas, help!!

Hey everyone! I was hoping to post my dream code and get some feedback on town decoration ideas. I'd appreciate small decorating tips or huge drawn out makeovers! I really like the pathing I have on the entire left side of my town, my biggest concern right now is the giant empty space between the train station and bridge
I'll also accept small decorating tips without actually visiting my town!
