Town critique needed

I was hoping I could get a few people to check out my dream town and tell me what they thought. It's a work in progress but I can't tell if I'm making things too cluttered and need to go another direction.

I havn't unlocked all the pwps I want so I definitely want more.. but my town is already kinda on the busy side. I just wanted to know what other people thought of my layout and decor choices lol. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. If anyone plays late night and wants to visit sometime feel free to add me and let me know [obvious town rules apply =X respect mine I respect yours]

Some changes/plans I have for the town

• kick peck, flo and kitty out
• move phoebe, flurry and bob in
• add a windmill, move the wind turbine that's pretending to be a windmill
• add a zen garden and perhaps a shrine to my bamboo forest
• add a picnic area to the lower cliff by the plaza
• finish the mush series in Alice's home
• change the gym in my basement to something more fitting
• find some more rare stumps
• breed some purple tulips

Does anyone else have any recommended pwps and locations for them? Sometimes I second guess my placement for the police station but at the time I unlocked it, that seemed like the best spot. (too impatient to wait for someone to move >< derp )

I visited your town and I think it's really beautiful! It's one of the most beautiful towns I have ever seen. I love the zen garden and the beches with the flowers. There are so many nice things and signs of hard work...I don't like to critique because my town is not perfect but here I don't have what to critique! love it so much.

aw wow I didnt think it was nearly that fancy after visiting some dream towns I found on tumblr =X that makes me feel a lot better about it lol. Thank you so much =X

I can't wait to get the rest of my dream villagers so I can landscape some more ^^
