town charm

okay so im kind of new to the game and wanted to know how do i find out my town charm? im sure someone else has posted the same question but everytime i try to search the forum it gives me an error

what xyoh said - go to the city, walk up the stairs, take an immediate right, go past shampoodle, and the dark shop is the psychic cat. the lucky charm is only lucky to visitors that come to your town and do whatever it says. example: this month, if i go to snowport (someone's town on here) and water a red turnipn, i'll supposedly become closer to one animal in my town - or so i've heard a million times from the animals in my town.
