Torn between waiting for frozen DIYs and buying a bunch of frozen furniture...

I would definitely go for it if it would make you happy. I absolutely love the ice furniture I think it is one of the nicest sets in game. I have it set up as an ice bar with ice rink on a separate peninsular on my island. You have to go over a bridge and it is surrounded by water. Kind of like a winter vacation island

If it would give you pleasure I don’t see why you would wait. I am probably the wrong one to give advice as I already have flying reindeer and fake snow on the ground

ّI don't have any regrets...mainly because I don't take this game that seriously lmao

Someone generously gifted me several mush lamps two months ago or so and I've been enjoying decorating my entrance w/them.

Also, not too long ago I TT'd to November to collect some mushrooms but failed to get any of the DIYS except one.
So I asked some people to craft me mush items w/ my materials.

I'm glad I have all the mush DIYS now, thanks to a generous individual

Seeing as the frozen set wouldn't have required the person to time travel, I'd be okay with it. But if it was the Illuminated set, that'd be different.

Personally, I would wait! the beauty of waiting is that it'll be even more exciting when you actually get everything when the snow hits, and you everything when you're chronologically supposed. I feel like when you get it too early and then you go back, there's nothing really waiting for you in the winter aside from Toy Day, but that's just me! It's your game, and all in all, it's just that. A game. So if you want it, go for it!

I don't mind buying items in advance but I usually wait for the season to obtain the DIYs myself (unless I'm majorly struggling then I'll buy those during the season). I decorated my forest area with mushroom furniture as early as the spring and I don't regret it at all!

Just an FYI, you can buy frozen (ice) furniture, but you can only get the DIYs yourself, because you don't get a recipe card - the DIY is added directly to your phone.

There are 15 frozen items, so you will have to make 15 perfect snowboys (you only get a DIY when it's perfect.) So, the minimum time to get all the DIYs is 15 days.
